Gynecomastia Grade 1
I have puffy nipples. I want to get gynecomastia surgery, but I want it to be done using local anesthesia. Is it possible? How long will the surgery take using local anesthesia compared to general ? Is local anesthesia risky ?

The best doctor to approach is a plastic surgeon from cosmetic and aesthetic point of view. They do under general anaesthesia only.consult a physician also before you decide on surgery.
