Puffyness in nipples
I am 22 and its been a while that I have quit gym and lately not playing any sports so my physical activity is zero. I have developed puffyness in my nipples. I am not sure if its gyno or just fat. If I undergo a surgery will it damage my chest shape?.. because I have plans to join gym later. Also does homeopathy help in puffyness of nipples because I know it cant have any effect on the glands but in my case i dont see any growth in glands, just puffy nipples.

Firstly you need a physical examination to confirm if at all there is anything to worry about. Secondly, mammoplasty or surgery for gynecomastia is a routine procedure with decent results. Nothing to worry about altering the chest shape.
