TB or Urachal Reminants
Went for routine check up, and After USG, found a lesion in Middle abdomen, Dr. Advice FNAC, which says AFB detected, But Gene expert was negative,I did the Mantoux test : Negative followed by Quantiferon test ie Gold Test for TB...it was also Negative, Then we gave the same sample for culture...no growth was observed after 42 days...and AFB smear was negative...after this visited a Gynaecologist he asked for an MRI, in MRI impression came, Dermoid Cyst of Urachus... Kindly Suggest what to do next and which Dr. to consult...for further treatment...A Gynae, A Surgeon or Dr. For TB
