USG OF BREAST DONE.
A 32 Years unmarried Girl Goes to Gynecologist for his Problem of Breast pain before period & then gone when period start, No Discharge Or no other issue . Doctor Clinically check & Said No abnormalities  but Advice USG . USG done from Best Diagnostic center by  Best Radiologist.Doctor's prescription & USG report attached. **Impression : Small Fibroadenoma of Right breast* & Radiologist said only Annually USG required for follow up purpose. Does Any treatment needed for this. Please give your valuable suggestion. Ready for online Consultation.

BIRADS grading decides if the lesion needs follow up or further testing. If its a BIRADS 2 lesion, then only regular follow up is required... Rest clinical examination will also be required
