Usg breast
Only usg breast is sufficient or always need mammo and mri for detect breast cancer? i am too worried that i had done usg of breast due to milky bilateral, without spontaneous , multi ductal nipple discharge. and usg shows normal with right side birad 1 and left breast simple cyst with birad2 . i am too worried that only usg is sufficient or i will have to do mammo or mri?

BIRADS 2 lesions are considered non cancerous and just need follow up. However consult a surgeon for a better clinical checkup to rule out other causes of nipple discharge, and if needed an MRI.
