Hello doctors, Is it neccesary to operate those piles as its been 6months the symtoms have gone but the lump really goes or it requires to operate .As i have tried annovate ,annoblis ,but it dint feel it has been shrinked yet. Kindly give your valuable opinion

I had pilonidal abcess on my inter buttocks area 6 years back . But it heals without surgery bcoz the abscess breaks before... now i feels like a slight pain there now when touching but no visible swelling is there... what is the reason for the pain? Is the pilonidal abscess recurring that it  is the first symptom that it is growing. Is there any home remedies to prevent it from growing
