My right hand little finger is swelled since 5-6 years and the swelling has grown gradually. I can feel the nerves beating similar to heartbeat while touching the finger. There is no pain and I can bend the finger easily. Please advice.

Female. Age 36 yrs. Galblader operated. Stone in kidney since 8years. Non obstructive. Creatinine Urine CS band rutine exam is normal. USG says CKD stage 1. CT scan is done. Surgery is necessary. Otherwise any complications is arise.
