General Surgery

Dear Doctors, I have got lumps under my armpi which seems ,everytime when the doctors advise me antibiotics, it disappear but after few days it appears again.Last time when I consulted a doctor they prescribed me a augmentin 625 mg, then it disappeared after 5 days course , but now gain it appeared.Could you pls suggest what it could be?is it severe? I have attached pic of the lump as well for reference.

Sir , I have an question regarding my poop sir I don't remember of before but from last 3 years I remember I had to poop twice or someday in between 3 times in a day is this habitual condition normally in morning and evening and few days in between between 2 to 4 pm also

I have been successfully treated for fistula one year before Now I am having fissure again,after passing stool do i need to put index finger inside as deeply as possible and clean it or just washing from outside part is enough without putting finger inside and clean it?

Dear doctor , I m in a strange problem. Having Anus irritation and itching after stool . I got checked by 2 surgeons both said there is no fissure. But the anus does itch moment there is little hard stool . What do I do ?
