Splinster on finger
I have a splinster on my finger. Why it happened and how to treat it. Shall I go for a surgery. Kindly suggest me.

How can anyone say why it happened? Actually anyone who can help you to know why it happened is you only.
Regarding how to treat it, the answer is get an HR-USG of the finger done to get to know whether there is any foreign body in it & about the vascularity of the lesion.
Exploration & if needed excision of the lesion can be attempted.
