  4. Swelled finger since 5-6 years. Advice.

Swelled finger since 5-6 years
My right hand little finger is swelled since 5-6 years and the swelling has grown gradually. I can feel the nerves beating similar to heartbeat while touching the finger. There is no pain and I can bend the finger easily. Please advice.
