Swelling of right hand fingers with pain and pus.
I think some damage to nails during the nail cut. Or removal of nails using other finger

The swelling that you have developed seems to due to paronychia , which occurs due to inflammation of finger tips caused by trivial trauma or an ingrown nail ..
It needs drainage of pus and use of antibiotics

Need incision and drainage surgery sir.. please don't postpone the surgery by taking antibiotics! Once pus has formed the only best option is surgical removal of the pus. Don't hesitate it can be done in a completely painless way... get the surgery done and than continue antibiotics
