Swelling in hands after CT SCAN
Today I undergone CT abdomen and pelvis, plain and contrast testing and blood test. Covid 2nd vaccine dose taken on 10th Aug. From past 2 hours I am having more swelling in hand . Refer pic. Pls advice if ice pack or any home remedy will help. They put some channel during scanning process

You are developing dye induced cellulitis due to the contrast given for Contrast CT scan. Do ice compression, keep your hand raised up or at least at level (don't let it hanging). Start Tab. Chymoral forte thrice daily before meal for 5days. If no improvement in 2-3days, consult a General Surgeon for assessment and any intervention if needed.
