Hello.. I went through the report.
It indicates that there is a growth noted and it needs a biopsy.
Don't worry everything will have a solution.
There are few necrotic lymphnodes that doesn't suggest good prognosis. But get the biopsy first and discuss with your surgeon on how to proceed with the management
