Small bump or swelling around anus
Around 2 weeks ago, there was paining when passing stool, I feel little bump there by my finger, after 2 days I don't feel pain, but today again I feel same swelling around anus and pain is only when I was passing stool. I took photo, it is soft and smooth fleshy in appearance, what can be this?

Hi mam .It can be hemorrhoid(pile) or fissure . U need to undergo per rectal examination +/- proctoscopy evaluation in Surgery clinic or hospital . To confirm diagnosis . Meanwhile have high fiber diet with adequate liquids for hydration to avoid further constipation.
