Puss filled Boils near anus

Question

Asked for Male, 33 Years

On buttock near anus opening there are two pus filled boils since 2 months. I drain several times but it's not curing. I took antibiotics for 5 days but doesn't work. On suggestions of family doc I took sugar and blood test. Also attached pics. Kindly suggest what I should do. Blood sugar reading Fasting 103 PP 80 Blood report HG 12.8 Rbc 5.79 Mcv 71.2 Mch 32.1 Mchc 31.1
