Itching near anus
Hello doctor, I had posterior anal fistula and undergone laser surgery for that in month of june this year. It took around a month to heal. Then, i was prescribed spear ointment to stop itching. I had applied for 10 days and stopped it after feeling better. Now ,i have feeling of itching near the anus regularly. I don't have any pain or blood, only slight discomfort is felt. I was told earlier by my surgeon that during healing process, it would itch. I had also a small ulcer like near to the anus before surgery. I have attached a pic. Please look into it and advise me. Thank you.

Are you having hard stool? Is there worms in your stool? If only itching is the problem, then maintain local hygiene & apply Sucral-Ano/Ano-metrogyl cream twice daily. Take Tab. Zentel (400) at night one today and another after 2weeks.
Health Tips
