Traditional treatment has many disadvantages like infections and recurrences which are minimal in laser. The chances of bleeding are very minimal in laser treatment. Better to go with laser treatment in a good set up and an experienced surgeon

Hi You have small (Low) intersphincteric fistula. I would recommend you to go for traditional Fistulectomy surgery. Laser has high chances of recurrence no matter what experience doctor has! This is what’s literature tells.
