Anal fistula health anxiety
Hi,
I have an anal fistula it gave me two abcess initially and nothing since 10 months no discomfort nothing at all track shows zero length in mri now in September in May it was 19mm can it heal itself.can it turn to a recto vaginal fistula with time? I am getting anxiety please clear.
