I have an anal fistula it gave me two abcess initially and nothing since 10 months no discomfort nothing at all track shows zero length in mri can it heal itself.can it turn to a recto vaginal fistula with time? I am getting anxiety please clear.

Usually fistula in ano and that too with a small tract will not lead to rectovaginal fistula, unless it is assocoated with some underlying disease like crohn's or TB.
It is a usual course of fistula to present with abscesses that spontaneously rupture and the cycle repeats, unless the communication with the rectum is healed.
