Anal fistula health anxiety
Hi,
I have an anal fistula it gave me two abcess initially and nothing since 10 months no discomfort nothing at all track shows zero length in September mri in May it showed 19 mm can it heal itself.can it turn to a recto vaginal fistula with time? I am getting anxiety please clear.

Recto vaginal fistula is very rare. It also depends on how close it is to Vagina
Generally, fistulas need surgery for complete cure.
