Last year april 2019 i had gone under surgery for piles, fissure and fistula, but after sugery blood has not stopped till now and pus is coming frequently which is more than 1yr. When i cross checked with other surgeon said that fistula surgery was not successful. saying that you will have to do surgery again. My question is can it been solved completely without surgery of fistula. I am a diabetic person from 1yr. Age-29yrs.

Hello.
Since it was not healing for a year i would like to ask if there was any biopsy report of that fistula which was operated previously.
A recurrent fistula is common but needs to be evaluated before coming to a conclusion
Since you are a diabetic you should be cautious about
Chronic infections becoming florid or serious infections.
Some possibilities of recurrent fistula
Tuberculosis
Crohns disease
I would like you to
Next Steps
MRI fistulogram
proctoscopy/ sigmoidoscopy
visit a surgeon locally for biopsy of the tract
