Eruption - just above near to Anus
Hello Doctor , I have this eruption, photo attached just above and near to Anus below my bum , it's 2 months now, I have applied some creams like Fucidin and candid b after consulting a skin specialist, sometimes it subside and I don't feel the little pain, but after few weeks or if any pressure puts on the effected point it start paining and I again put those creams and then again it subsides .
Can you please explain what is this issue and how it can be resolved.

Is there any kind of discharge from the swelling, any kind of opening there ??any problem with defecation, are you diabetic ??could be a perianal fistula which can be confirmed only after examination and other tests.

its mostly a condition call pilonidal sinus
improved for now but will show up later
so consult any general surgeon online or opd
