We did the MRI scan and report shows -
MRI images reveal large 9CMS curvilinear sinus tract arising from subcutaneous plane of right gluteal region extending superiority and then anteriorly upto the level of levator ani muscle with translevator extension and secondary ramifications as described suggested of GRADE V impending fistula.
Can you please make me understand what's the report says. We need the surgery or it is going to be major onr and it the report showing complication ?

Report suggestive of complex anal sinus ? Fistula.
Yes it requires surgery.
