Piles / fissure
I am not getting recovered from fissure even after surgery (lateral internal sphincterotomy) . Should I go for some test to diagnose any problem ? *M consulting surgeon but doctor is prescribing medicines only, which is not healing my fissure completely*

Main cause of anal fissure Is constipation/ hard stool. So first & foremost treatment is have to change dietary modifications like taking high fiber diets with stool softeners & sitz bath.
