I have a underarm lump since last 1 year.i consulted doctor who told me it's just only normal lump nothing dangerous.but I feel slight pain.and notice rash on my breast.i put off my bra before go to bed.and I also feel pain my back side surrouding my backbone.i feel quite pain which is not violent in my right breast.and my lump is located my right underarm .some people told me sometimes for girls one side breast is quite bigger than other side.is it true?I am a patient of pcod.and today is my 5 th day of period.last 3 month I missed periods.and I use new bra recently.
Please help me dr.give me some way out.i feel very depress to think such negative thoughts.and I take humeomedicine.what should I do?

Maintain your weight for ur height.
If you are not in to any work out ,get into any kind of it which interests and suites you at least 4 days a week .Modify any lifestyle if you see it as necessary. Balance your study ,work and personal life.These are more important to you since you have PCOD .

One breast is bigger than other one, it's normal.
Pain during periods in breast is quite common.
This time , you have more pain due to delayed periods.
Take mild analgesics
You will be alright
