Breast lump
My wife is suffering from breast pain from one week. She has done lot of household work, so Gynecologist told it may be due to strain and gave pain and inflammation tablets. Today consulted another doctor and got sonomamogram. Attached report. Please let us know if this is serious and cancer. We are scared

Hai house hold work doesn't cause breast pain and lump. Sonomamogram s/o benign lesion. She requires further evaluation with Fanc or biopsy. And further treatment depends on fnac or biopsy report. Show to General surgeon for further evaluation and treatment

best thing is to get a trucut biopsy from lesion by a general surgeon to rule out malignancy.
