Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello sir , I am having mouth ulcers since 2.5 months , bunch of ulcers on both sides of tongue & few at near small tongue & few at below tongue (before 3.5mnths I got covid positive , medicines used & got negative after 1week), for ulcers I had used typy gel,ripoflavin tab but ulcers not going

I have small pus pimple on tonsil and doesn't  pain at  all. And that pus pimple still present even after finishing my 20 days prescription. Should i still be concerned

Mouth is bitter. Tongue is bitter. Burning sensation on lips, tongue n in mouth. Pl suggest doctor n Medicine.

I am getting ear ringing sound from about 10 years,but now i am used to it. It all started when a cracker on Diwali bursted near my ear and ringing sound started. I took some treatment got some relief. But with time i get used to it. Now i am not sure whether there is ringing or not, i don't know how complete silence feels. So i just want to clear that  if it goes untreated is there any problem or should i get a treatment for that? Plz help

I notice some whooshing sound in my right ear. It goes off when I change direction of my head, basically tilt it to horizontally or press some point of my ear

Cold cough problem . Some times dry nose and throat. Some time runny nose. Some time throat is very itchy .

I have a feeling of pulse like rhythm beating inside my left ear since 5 days. It comes and goes on its own. There is no pain and ear is not blocked either. What is the problem. Pls suggest

From 4 months onwards, my smell and taste reduced. I have sinus problem, I checked 3 times corona test and it is negative, I done complete blood test and all the results are normal, please suggest me to improve smell and taste.

What is the proper solution for throat infection due to acid reflux. Also which causes problem in nervous system.

I want to know if someone comes from outside places, and then in 14 days quarantine period he is getting a bit cough ,not more than that..is it required to go for test ?
