Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have throat infection so doctor suggested f×24 120mg and pantakind 40 mg. I am a breastfeeding mom. I got the pantakind medication but the f×24 is not available in the market. Can someone please suggest couple of alternative medicine for the f×24? Its urgent. Thank you.

My nose is bend slightly towards left. I have sinusitis and due to blockage increment the nose bending is now visible. Is there any exercise that can help correct nose posture? It also troubles me in breathing

Hi, I have this strange problem from last 2 months. I'm swallowing almost every 5 seconds no matter how hard I try not to.. sometimes with saliva if saliva is not there then swallow without it..only few times I have very mild pain in the left side at the back of the mouth.. can't say where exactly it hurta.. Muscle around my neck and throat have become tight and started feeling discomfort in the upper abdomen as well.. please suggest..

I have this constant health issue every year during winters where I catch cold and it sustains till the end of the season. Every morning, I wake up sneezing and wiping my nose. I have watery and itchy eyes and constant irritation in the nose. 2-3 years back, I got severe breathing issues and chest congestion due to this issue. When the cough starts to thicken, I get this breathing issue and wheezing.

Hello doctors I've been suffering from sinusitis for long time sometimes it become severe in 2-3 times in a year and takes 15 to 20 days to recover with medicines my doctor suggest me for septoplasty as I have a deviated bones . I also have a drumhole in my right ear sometimes I also have a secret and discharge of there. how much septoplasty is risky and is it going to improve or all my lifestyle? Am I going to lose my smell after septoplasty. What could be the side effects of this . Thanks for your help.

My mother had an ear infection 4yrs ago, with a small amount of discharge.Doctor informed that her eardrum is ruptured & needs surgery which can be done whenever required.recently she had another ear blocking symptoms and tik tik sound in the night sometimes,but there was never a discharge.we came to know her another ear also has small perforation and the hearing ability is reduced to 50% in one ear and 40%in another.now the doctor has suggested tympanoplasty.my questions are 1.can we do tympanoplasty together for both ears? 2.What all tests will be done prior to surgery? 3.Is it safe to undergo surgery in covid times or can we wait further? 4.will surgery improve her hearing or can we just go for hearing aid instead of surgery.
