Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Today I am feeling very dizzy. I tried to go for Bath and I could not complete it because I felt as if I was going to faint and my body was feeling very weak...I have a cold since two days. But it feels like it is inside and not a typical cold...Around one and half year back. I had a CTPNS which revealed many issues with sinuses but it resolved so I did not take any treatment for it except spray.. What should I do. Shall I go to emergency or shall I wait for tomorrow.. My heart rate and BP are fine..No fever

Around 2 months back, I had mild fever and lost smell and taste for a few days. I did not have covid (although I didn't get tested also). But after recovering, my smell and taste for everything changed. Especially onions and garlics, they smell rotten to me after that fever and taste completely different. Nothing was like it before that fever. Things smell burnt to me now. Even water has a certain smell to it now. Soap smells different. I have started to eat less now because I feel like vomiting when having food because of the changed smell and taste. My armpit smell has also changed to very 'salty' now. And this is only with me and my sister. Not with our parents. Both of us caught that fever. And the same story went on with both of us.

My mom 44 yrs old is experiencing ear pain and popping like feeling and giddiness and nausea like . It started after she bathed yesterday. She used ear buds to dry the left over moisture . Could you please suggest a remedy and medications.

Recently I had throat infection which was cured after multiple antibiotics course. Ampicillin, TaximO, Claribid and what not! After recovering from infection, started having tight throat symptoms which doctors said was maybe due to Gerd-LPR. Currently, 1. Once in a while I feel tight throat symptoms after excessive talking or suddenly in morning. 2. After dinner, I feel little heaviness below tongue or some different sensation at the base of left tongue. What must be reason, hope not anything serious?

From few days since when i suffered from Esophagitis Grade A i developed irritation in throat that occurs even when someone cooks the meal its gives me sudden urge to cough and even little smell or fragrance gives me continuous dry cough

I am suffering from itching nose throat ear(kujli)have always watery nose watery eyes itching eyes used nazomac af nasal levocertine tab but tablet cause laziness & sleepy more but didn't get anyrelief my doc said it's it allergy rhintis problem I am suffering from last 4 years I have take many treatment but I didn't get relief especially in the morning I sneezing chikh alot maximum up to 100 chik in summer it is ok but at winter the problem was very high headache sneezing itching running nose pain ful nose

I hve started getting holes in my tonsils is it normal they wer a few now it's bcm more ... Shd I remv my tonsils?

Neck pain from 3 years left side .After taking cold water or  drinks it gets cronic and more painful and then within some days it goes normal.. Kindly advise

I am suffering cold issue for since so long now. Whenever go out or sitting in a cold room(having air conditioner) catches cold. And it is not a normal cold. I continuously sneeze throughout the day. Also, i feel so dull and even uncomfortable while speaking. Don't feel like to sit at one place for so long. While laying down, my nose is most of the time is blocked and can't breathe properly. Have to breath from my mouth. Kindly help.
