Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My brother is having throat pain while swallowing food and drinking water. Please diagnose the condition and provide prescription for the same.

I urge to yawn and sometimes incomplete yawning and sometimes complete yawning for last two days. I am suffering from allergy rhinitis and nasal turbinate and post nasal drip in nose and sometimes feel sensation in nose as I have to sneeze. If I don't sneeze and yawn I feel suffocated.

I am getting bad and different smell from onion and garlic and due to this i am unable to eat anything containing onion and garlic. I didnt get a normal onion and garlic smell but bery diffrent and irritating smell whenever i eat anything containing onion and garlic . Why is this happening i dont know but i want to get recover from all these

Which std could cause tonsil infections? i had a tonsil infection but the infection has gotten over but tonsils are inflamed. i never had throat pain but tonsils are still inflamed its been months. Which stds could cause tonsil inflammation for a long period of time?

I've had these bumps at the back of my throat since 1 month but they just dont seem to go. I had a throat throat infection 7 days before but after a course of antibiotics (Zocef 500)  it is gone but the bumps haven't gone yet. I dont know what it is so can you please advise me what it can be.

Is it rare to have superficial parotidectomy are a common problem seen now a days. Are there better equipment for the surgery and is it minor or major surgery.

Sound was produced in my ear from past 5 years.The sound is increasing at night time.But my hearing is not affected.I can hear properly.Is tinnitus curable or not?Hereafter any chance to get hearing loss?How to cure this?

My daughter's nose started bleeding and blood started gushing out. Just felt that it was too much blood at that time. She told that she was blowing the nose when this happened. The blood stopped after 10-15 mins and she slept rather peacefully. She seems to her usual self now. We wanted to ensure there is nothing else hence wanted to consult an ENT. What is your advice?

Doctor has advised me to take ginikobo. I was facing this tinitus sometoimes 3-4months. Was not able to recognize exactly. Went to ent specialist yesterday. But ears are not relaxed. After taking medicine also. Want to know how much it will take to go way Or stay permanently. My reports undee audioligist are perfect. No pressure advised by doctor.

I get up while sleeping at night with breathlessness and increased heart rate which normalise in 10-15 seconds. This happens whenever I have blocked nose and throat with little phelgm and cough. Unable to sleep due to this. Daytime no problem. This is happening randomly from last 6 months whenever I have cold. Plz suggest.
