Sore throat and asthma symtoms.
I am 23 years old , i am having asthma symtoms, deviated nasal septum and sore throat since year.I found that i have ige level 1313.can i cure my allergy or go for immunotherapy.

You have to find out what you are allergic to and avoid exposure to that.. Any medication will help you to reduce your symptoms till then

The high total IgE level indicates allergic process. You have to identify the specific allergens first . Make a note of it. Try to avoid it. Some times not possible to find out / cannot avoid/ or there can be multiple allergic factors. ( Be aware of other things such as parasitic infection, aspergillosis, fungal infections can rise IgE levels) Need a thorough  check up. Further investigation can help you..

Do Specific allergen IgE level / Allergic Skin prick test to find out specific allergen. Meet an allergist who will address your issues. After this you can think of Immunotherapy.
