Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Two nights ago ..i got cold...the cold is collecting in my throat from nose. It feels like it is tearing my throat. I take Azithromycin one yesterday one today) and other home remedies like hot water, hot turmeric milk, besan halwa , steam, water gargle etc. At present the throat is 50% recovered but now cold is still and it flows through nostrils. Sneezing, and heavy nose and ears and forehead. No loss of smell or taste. What medicine should I take now?

Due to some hair problem doctor has prescribed my friend Finpecia Tablet. Can anyone please tell me is this Finpecia tablet ototoxic??

My doctor recommended Defcort 6g for tinnitus. Do u think it will help. I am suffering from huge noise. My audiogram reports are normal.

At the time of my childhood till 13 to 14 years ,i had problem bleeding by nose automaticaly ,that time doctors told me its because of hotness .after that its never happened to Me .but before few days my 6 years son has same problem accures ,is this any Serious Problem.

On my recent 1 month observations, i got to know that my nose is getting blocked in the middle of nights and morning times upto 7am in the least. And running nose often without cold I think. I don't know the reason but it's annoying

In the middle of sleep last night, when I got up, I had little  sensation of room spinning. I feel this Everytime I get up from bed. In normal routine, I feel very small balance issue stability. I visited a GP who said it's a positional vertigo. What should I do, visit an ENT or neurologist. Or need home medicinal treatment sufficient? Please advice positively. Thank you so much

Hello sir 1. Sometime i feel air coming out of my left ear. I went to ENT and checked he said no hole in ear but little whiteness on eardrum. Whenever i go to toilet and put pressure for poop then i feel air coming out of my left ear. 2. Sometime i feel little heavyness in my right ear. 3. I can hear everything perfectly. 4. Sometime pain on lift side in lower jaw. 5. Sometime pain behind ears. Waiting for your valuable answer. Thankyou

Hello, I am facing nasal block,sneezing at mid night or early morning. This is happening from last 1+year .Need help whom should I consult for this problem.Is it allergic or anything else.

Few weeks back I observed food is coming back to my throat often especially at night. I didn't have any other symptoms like stomach pain or burning sensation. After few days started throat pain and also slight piercing feeling whenever I drink water. Since last Sat, started difficulty in swallowing anything due to pain. Looked in the mirror and found my tonsils and middle hanging part also swollen. Don't have any cold, fever. Sometimes I get cough. Paracetamol gives relief for few hours and I am not taking more than one per day. I feel reflux and this is related. I can't visit a doctor till this weekend, so asking here. Attaching a pic here. Any temporary relief I can get?
