Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

This happens regular evry alternative days.. most of the time when i get from the sleep i do night shift.. my nose get block and m unable to breath properly and sometimes this happens in the day time also... nose block unable breath and Thorat infection.. however local doctor suggested me to have tab Allegra M.. after having this tablet i get relif in couples of hours and again this problem repeat after 1-2 days... need some suggestions plz wat to do now... thank you

My one side of tongue has some whitish , I believe due to I have eaten a raw plant that caused issue . please suggest how to get this normal it been 3 to 4 month pic attached

My Mom developed a lump under her chin (right side) 3 days back. She was suffering from cough and cold. The doctor said it is a muscle spasm but it's growing and is becoming more painful. Do we wait fir medicine course to finish or do we need to go for any tests? Please advise.

Dear Doctor My son 7.10yrs has nose itchy, sneezing and watery eyes some times. This is observed from last yr. But frequency increased from last month. And no other symptoms observed other than this. Pls suggest permanent solution/medicine doctor. Regards Prashanth.B

It is due to acoustic Trauma by gun sound around 180 decible. It is not infected, sometimes itching. Hearing loss around 40-50% , can't hear clearly. Old history of pollenallergy, allergic asthama , any precaution and help.
