Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I had allergy in the past and used to sneeze a lot. I used to montair 10 mg every week before 2 months. But 1 month back , I opened my windows and slept for 2 days. During that I got a sinus headache and I consulted a pulmonologist . He prescribed some antibiotics and after curing the sinus , he have a nasal spray ( fluticazone) . But I am getting sinus problems if I travel in AC. After spraying fluticazone , I am not getting that much relief. So do I need to consult doctor again or continue with this medication ?

I am facing cold always and taking montek. Lc.. After taking that I will be fine and also I have flesh according to one of the ENT in my nose.. Please advise

I noticed that when I open mouth completely  right TMJ area seen bigger and come up than left TMJ area. Since few days I have mild pain in face bone pain. No any other symptoms

I have pain in middle of nose not daily but almost twice a week and mostly starts from evening. And I see in some swelled turbinates when seen by torch in my nose. Sometimes pain of nose move to head and sometimes feeling of blocked nose.

I have 3-4 white patches on Tongue from last around 25 days with no pain or any significant issue. I also just completed my 20 days of COVID isolation. During COVID I had mainly smell disorder issue with no fever or any other symptoms and that too is now sorted and I am doing OK.  Can I please get some insights regarding why I am having these patches, it it due to COVID or any other issue. Hi Dr, I had been detected with covid in august,2020 and the major symptoms then was lack of taste and smell. Though my senses are back around 85% but even after more than 3 months it hasn't returned completely. I feel depressed. Do I need some treatment or it will come back on its own? How much time does it take? Thanks

What is the reason- I am suffering from cold head once I have a head bath with luke warm water. I am experiencing a sore throat after I have a head bath...and also after getting drenched in rain.

From childhood onwards, I have migraine issues for which I've been trying different treatments. Since the last couple of months, my migraine issues have gone worse and I consulted an ENT specialist. He prescribed Tryptomer 10mg and Betacap Tr 80. I'm taking these medicines for the last few months and happened to miss a few dose recently which resulted in experiencing severe migraine attack. I'm confused now that how long I've to take these medicines or Are these some kind of habit forming medicines. Because whenever I'm missing a dose, I used to have severe headache. Kindly advise me if it is safe to take these medicine for long periods or it has got any side effects. Also if there is any alternatives for this medicine if this has any side effects. Your kind advise will be highly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
