In July My Tsh was 4.790 but in November It is 6.020 iam taking thyro up 50 so what you suggest for medicine? So please Help me

We have been detected covid positive Amy cough is now ok after taking consulted medicines same is for my wife her cough started after 3 4 days from mine. I was advices Bro zedex sf. And montair tablet. We both are taking it course is complete mine cough is ok with gargle and steam . What my wife can take additionally for more quick recovery from cough. She is on same medication as I am . She has started taking kadha now once. Please suggest good cough remedy .

In case of nausea and fever how to get the pH balance in mouth back to normal state. Are there any chewing gums available

Feeling peculiar taste in mouth. Left side of tounge near papilla feels a sensation of scratchy, sometimes slight burny, sometimes tingling. Sometimes the sensation moves to upper palate of jaw, very rare felt in lips. Definitely I think it's BMS which has occurred due to the acid reflux that I was suffering from. Please help with some remedies to get rid of it. FYI : No Sensation is felt when I wake up....increases gradually over the day, vanishes for sometime when I eat anything and again comes back.

Last month I had severe throat infection. I recovered after multiple antibiotics courses. One prob I'm facing is, after excessive talking or having spicy food or hot food, again the throat irritates and feels irritation while swallowing. It gets better if I don't talk for a day. What must be the reason.

I was prescribed with M-cin 4mg for 5 days for pharyngitis and cold along with some decongestors and nasal drops, I have had it for 2 days as of now. The first day right after the tablet I felt very dizzy, yesterday (2nd day) I was unable to sleep till 3AM. Are these side effects of the medicine itself or some other underlying issue which I should see if it persists? Is it something to be worried about?
