She has issues of watering of eyes, nose and sneezing when she comes in contact with cold weather or cold water. There is no other issue. What may be the reason?

I have been suffering a mild infection in my throat and ear for last one week and was having a slight tingling feeling in my ears, for which I had not taken any medication. Yesterday, why bathing some water went inside my right ear and after that at night while sleeping I had a pain inside the right ear and now I cannot hear properly in my right ear. Also while touching the portion just behind my right ear where my jaw bones meet the upper portion of my neck there is slight pain. I am not having any symptoms like dry cough or runny nose, although during the night I had little mucus build up at my throat. Kindly suggest necessary steps to recover.

My mom is having too much cough and sneezing from last 3years ... In between it gets reduced after some medication... But again its get increased and it's very uncomfortable for her ... At night she cough too much even she can't sleep because of this. Serum IGE test is done and the level is 448. Don't know what to do... please suggest

When I listen a music for a minute , even if it is for 1 minutes my right ear start to pain and my right nose became free, and left nose gets block.If I hear music with loud noise with earphone for 5 minutes  then right ear gets worsen and I can't hear anything properly.cant think even.please help anyone !!help!!help I don't know what to do I have spent lots of money but didn't got any cute yet.

5 days back I had sore throat and cold. After nasal blockage my spo2 level started falling to 93 to 95( normally it was 99 before cold), I took Covid test which was negative and chest ct scan that was also normal. and when ever I take breath via mouth my spo2 level comes to 99, is it possible to spo2 to fall from badali blockage.
