How to get rid of dry cough?? Suffering from last one month. Took zed x cough syrup 2 bottles but still no result

I have hypertrophied terbinate in left nose. I have been prescribed solspre nasal spray. Could you please suggest alternate less expensive and effective saline nasal spray as the prescribed one is quite expensive.

I am Covid patient and its been 5 days now. I am suffereing from cold. One of my nostril is normally blocked. Even if I take steam, it will remain blocked. When it gets blocked my entire head gets heavy. When I blow my nose (even after steam) nothing comes out. If I use otrivin, it becomes as if I dont have any cold. (70-80% better) Can someone help me understand what is it and how to cure? I take steam 4 times a day since day 1

There is a slight swelling in the inner part of both nostrils. The part is reddish and she complains about lack of proper breathe.
