Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My father was coughing up blood in phelgm mixed with yellowish phelgm the whole night. He had fever of around 101to 103 for 4 days. Before that he had sneezing and coughing. The coughing fit is quite violent even now. Today morning the phelgm is white. I am attaching the pictures, please have a look, Doctor and please suggest what to do. I am quite worried. Even though the bleeding has temporarily stopped, he even had it early morning.

My father is coughing up blood every time he is coughing. Fresh blood mixed with phelgm. Before cough in the blood there was sneezing, fever for 3 days follows by cough with phelgm. Now cough with phelgm mixed with blood. There is bleeding everytime he coughs.

I'm suffering from heavy headche... during day sleeping I'm automatically going to unconscious state and getting heavy headche.i did Mri scan

What is the reason of bitter taste of my mouth.sometimes bitter taste feels on upper soft palate of mouth but often on tongue and also bitter saliva. I have been suffering from gastric trouble for last two months and continuous burping normal burps without any taste in it and also suffering from cold allergy and stuffy nose with post nasal drip since March 2020.Is there any link between allergy and excess gas formation and bitter taste of my mouth? I am very confused what is the main reason behind my bitter taste of mouth. cbc crp and Lft test report is normal. These all above things hamper my daily activities

Hello doctor From yesterday n8 I'm suffering from nose block and pain inside my nose while inhaling and discomfort in throat lil bit of coughing is also there but no mucus only white thick spit is coming out after coughing.

When I blew my nose out always my nose stuck with something..what is that and If any homeopath y medicine

Normally I got ear pain 2 years back and after that no sign of pain But last two days I feel pain again When I used drops , pain is reduced for some period and again comes And I  feel drops r drain to nose Why it is happening

I have been hearing the blood flow in artery in my left ear occasionally and sometimes heart beat can also be heard. There is a certain pressure in my left ear but only sometimes Also, I have pain in my left upper arm and internal vibration in left leg for some time which had reduced due to anxiety medicine but is now back.
