There is a Swedish cohort study done on 20000 pregnant women with nasal allergy and asthma who used intranasal corticosteroid nasal sprays like Budenase Aq, and inhaled steroids, where they and their children were followed up over a 20 year period. It proved conclusively that these medicines are absolutely safe in both pregnancy and lactation for long term usage.
