I hv gastric problems so doctor prescribed me to use betadin mouthwash before that I used some different mouthwash bt when i used betadin after using it I feel pain in the left side of mouth and suddenly my left side face swollen nd paining what to do now?

2 years back it got started bleeding from right nasal and it has been still happening. One doctor suggested to take surgery as it is mild deviation in septum and another doctor said not required. Finally,  I took it. Even though, bleeding is happening at some times( 2/3 times in month). Doctor confirmed as due to dryness and it leads to happen nose ulcers. I took CT scans and other blood tests and it says normal ....no negative findings from the results. Would like to know is there any treatment for this? Actually, I have psoriasis on my body... is this causing dryness in my nasal to lead nose bleeding? Please help me to find better nasal gel for dryness
