Hello,
How to differentiate it is allergic rhintis,turbinate in nose for 3 year old kid.
Inside nose one side,can see small mass lump like.

Please consult a doctor if the child has any symptoms of concern. Turbinates are both sides however alternatively enlarge with nasal cycle so it may appear to you that it’s only one side. Allergic rhinitis can be treated after examining the child
