I get runny nose, sneezing, nose burning sensation and irritation in every month between 1 to 15 days of the month. Got it today in my office was sneezing whole afternoon. Very frustrated with this , it's also affecting my work as i take temporary medicine like levocitrizine tablet but it comes back

You can replace levocetirizine with levocetirizine- montelulast tablet, once daily at night & otrivin nasal drops 2 drops each nostril thrice daily followed by steam inhalation for nose block for a week.will adjust the medicine dose/ add more depending on the blood report.
