Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Last few months my ears are blocked and some times itching and sometimes I had back head ache and feeling weight head and my nose is feeling tight frequently iam feeling like deaf I feel it's affected my hearing already I had dust allergy and l year back i had one bike accident I fall down on that time in my head had small injury doctor make 2 stich in my head after that I feeling my ears are started to block I make head ct scan it was normal,is it related to accident head injury or sinus problm please answer me (when iam pour water on my head suddenly my ears or blocking)

I am having pain since yesterday. I am having pain in swallowing food and water please tell me what should I do I have attached a picture of my throat.

Dear sir Am having dry cough every 5 minutes cough is coming. And morning time nose getting block with water .. Pls tell tips and tablets any . Left nostril is blocked from last few months. The alternate nostril breathing of nasal cycle is not happening. Only able to inhale and exhale through right one. If the right nostril is blocked by pressing with fingers only then does the left nostril work but other times its blocked. Please help !

Doctor given me mucinac 600. I took it 3 months.then stopped. Actually mucinac 600 what's for. Can I take it 7 to 10 days when required.

Hello Doctors, I have been suffering from sore throat since the past 10 days. No other symptoms such as fever or cough or breathlessness. My throat is paining from the right side while swallowing food or water. Also, I noticed etching due to mucus which sometimes also generate cough(not continuous). Kindly suggest if I need corona testing or any medicine for relief.

Hello ,10 days before while cleaning my kid  ear with bud she just moved and accidentally with that tip it bleed very little amount of blood and she didn't cry everything was fine with her ...now one dot of dry blood is sticked in canal when I saw with torch ...my question is dry blood comes on it's own iam very concern tht I unable to take her to doctor due to covid ..one of my uncle was tested positive and we too are in quarantine in home plz help...she is fine no pain no irritation nothing as a mom iam in guilt situation please understand my problem
