Mouth ulcer type something
I can feel some thing with my tongue on the inner lining of the cheek. It is at the point where the upper teeth touches the cheek. The ulcer type thing has a dot in between. Sometimes I also feel food sensitivity on that spot. I have attached the picture. Is it something dangerous or normal? Please tell I am worried. What to do next? Age 22.

According to the picture it appears to be a abrasion on the cheek inner lining by the sharp tooth. You may consult a dentist and get the tooth less sharp and see if it helps in healing. If not then consult an ENT specialist for examination and further treatment
