Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I'm having tinnitus for past 2 months and also diagnosed hypothyroid - Hashimoto's thyroiditis . My audiogram result says . 30DB loss in mid- frequencies (1k, 2k) left ear. Tympanogram is fine with no abnormalities. Would 5DB deviation from normal threshold - 25DB cause tinnitus ?? No ear pain or inflammation

Having Nose block problem, Earlier got operated in 2011 for Polip. Now again having same problem of I think Polip in other side of nose. Is there any treatment of nose block apart from operation ?

My mother is suffering from mouth ulcer and it is not curing completely . It is coming back again . She told that she drank hot water( higher temperature ) accidentally and swallowed it . After that only it started. When she got mouth ulcer ,we consulted a doctor and she prescribed some antibiotics for mouth ulcer . But she forgot to  mention about  hot water to first doctor . After 2 weeks we consulted an ent and she revealed the hot water story . Again doctor did a throat endoscopy and she confirmed some redness is in the throat and probably due to acidity . She prescribed some acidity medicines and she took that for 2 weeks . Also she used to. Gargle betadine and salt water . But two days back she got another white pimple kind of inside the mouth . Attached the pic and highlited the white bump. Also attached a bump in tounge . Also she got another red bump in tounge . Is it due to hot water she is getting these again and again ? We are not having a clear idea of what is going on ?

18th day I got light smell 18th days ago some fever cold cough two medicine use they are sinorest and parasafe.curent smell problem.i get light smell

Hi I vomited today evening what & all I eat in lunch. After vomiting I feel something is struck in my throat or I a may have hurted my food pipe due to vomiting. I may not able to swallow my own saliva it's hurting. Due to this hurting my temperature has also raised to 99.2 F now ( armpit ) Kindly help

It is a hard spherical thing, in back side of lips since last two days. Pink in color. No Pain at all. Has happened 4-5 times, in last 6 months. Medicine used last time - Oraflora LA

While swallowing i feel something pinching near tonsil. The discomfort part changes sometimes when my neck tilts left/right. Pain is very less. It started yesterday while having lunch. I also had gas problem yesterday. Once i was getting a burp, the discomfort went away for sometime and comes back later. Discomfort is little less than yesterday. Also there is no comfort when i lie with head up. Any suggestions?

Previously I had throat infection, after Claribid antibiotic treatment, it cleared up. But now the problem is, 1) My throat is always reddish inside 2) Irritation while swallowing Saliva. I don't have any issues swallowing food, water. No cough, no cold, no other symptoms. It's almost 20 days, I'm getting irritation while swallowing saliva and reddish throat. Please consult. Hi My mother neck looks swollen . Attached image . She has hypothyroidism. Is it because of that or any other reasons . How can it be cured . And will there be any serious issues because of it
