Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

What should we take in Allergic rhinitis? He has a dust allergy and runny nose continuously. It gets worse in the morning hours or in pollution.

When i lay down One nostril blocking... Specially when face facing towards pillow... Without cough,sneeze,nasal drip...what cause this...when standing...its okay or mild... Block

Been suffering from this since 8-9 months now. No relief from granulations. One big granulation increasing in size in middle. Medications takes over all in these 9 months are Azy , Allegra , Allegra M , Nasal Irrigation, Nasal Steroids, Betadine gargle, Saltwater gargle, Anti histamines, antacids H/O : Smoking 3-4 times a week but now stopped. Drinking alcohol : 1-2 times a month but stopped during lockdown for 8 months Please suggest any tests to be done or any other medications to relieve from this granulations. My main concern is about the granulations if it will decrease and disappear? And what should I take to avoid that.

Hi Doctor , I am having sharp throat pain . Yesterday I was having the dinner at that time some rice stuck in the windpipe. I had manually do the cough to remove that rice. After that I am feeling something stuck in my throat. Also having the pain in the throat. Kindly suggest some medicine. Thanks for the help.

1. Pain in ear, half side of head, in left and back side of neck 2. Puss in ear but not come outside and a little bit water type fluid comes out. 3. If I try to sit or walk the pain will increase automaticallyPuss in ear but not coming out and a little bit water type fluid comes out.

I can sense in my father ears too much wax and he often unable to listen carefully what I said unless and until I repeat again same over the phone too and most importantly I do want to know how can I figure out if because of ears imbalance in his body is taking place as he sometime falls backward henceforth I want to rule out ear issue therefore let me know if I need to perform any test for the same

Whenever i wake up in the morning i suffer from runnning nose, sneeze a lot...this happen especially in winter season...makes unable to breathe sometimes...What to do?

I am noticing this white patch on and off under the tongue and it's been 1.5 months. When i notice, i try to scrape off with fingernails, it takes few effort but it goes away. Then again it appears the next time i check it. I do the same scraping again. It's happening frequently, no pain nothing.

Sometimes when I bent my head down a clear watery like fluid coming from nose with metallic taste not regularly but sometimes a drop of fluid .I have nasal spur and deviation in nasal septum turbinates enlargement and dust allergy.
