Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

How should I go about cleaning wax from my ears. It's been bothering me lately, I feel a sort of itch in my ears.

I have deviated nasal septum and RTH but from last 4 days i can see that my nasal septum on left side has become red , swollen  and white patches on it and the left turbinate has also swelled. Iam also getting  very severe headache. What medicines should i take,?

I had surgery for a tumor on my tongue last month. And now there is something high in that place again, why ? And now what can I do.

I sometimes feel very mild kind of pain in throat and the areas near the tongue. Though does not face any problem while eating or swallowing. In general feels some sort of mild pain not a continous one. 2. What are screening procedures for checking of throat cancer and should i get done. I use to smoke max 6 ciggerates a day earlier i.e before march?

Sir I am from Assam my sister is facing problem of continues buzzing sound in one ear. What should I do please help me ,please suggest me some medicine so she could get some relief from it. As she is getting irritated.please help me

I am experiencing sharp pain in one side of the throat while speaking and also the ear of that side pains. I am continuously experiencing this from last few months. No other symptoms I have developed.

I have hoarseness in my voice, swelling in the neck ( for the last few months) and snoring (for the last 5 years) . I feel like something is stuck in my throat and therefore I feel the need to clear my throat every now and then. 10 years ago I was told that there is a phonatory gap and I was recommended speech therapy but left it within few months back then. Have been smoking as well for the last 10 years.

I am suffering from sinus infection due to which I am having a runny nose and day before yesterday I had 99 degree fever but right now I am fine. But due to sinus, I am having loss of smell. It's been 3-4 days that I am having this problem.

2 months ago light cough started and it began too worst with yellowish or greenish phlegm when ever I'm getting cough. I used many medication to this problem but it's not gone. And now recently 10days back throat pain with irritation ,chills ,fever and ear pain starter due these conditions I'm unable to sleep during nights. When I'm swallowing any foods getting sharp pain or irritation from my mouth. Cough continuing with phlegm along with throat /ear pain
