Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am suffering from cold due to sudden chamge in atmosphere and also due to rise in pollution in north india. I feel now like my right ear got block or feeling heaviness in the ear. I can listen the voice very well i mean there is no hearing problem but there some mild pain in the ear... What should i do now..

I have keloid on my left ear im so worried about this...please suggest how to cure this i have attached pics plz give some suggestions

Do I have Nasal septum? I have never experienced any trouble in breathing nor have I experienced any other complications.

In march, 2018 my right ear was operated from era's medical college and hospital Lucknow, two and half years very well feel... suddenly normal pain than discharge from two months are flowing, this time discharge and flow liquid normal yellow and white two or three times in 24 hours...

I have contact local ENT doctor on dat day they have given some antibiotics tablets after 3 weeks the hole is reduced still it has pain while yawning n chewing n it has some sound lik huzzz it will cure or it will remain the same

I am having extreme dry coughing since last 2-3 days. I had throat infection prior which got cured after having azee 500 and consulting ent. Now ,I have bad dry coughing, and its soo extreme that i am unable to sleep properly. Please Suggest how to treat this. Already taking steam , gargling , had taken cough syrups , hamdard sualin but have not seen any good results . Please suggest, this is panicking me due to covid situation as well.

Fever come 3days after nose block use nasal spray next loss of smell 2days and normal to smell next  weakness is come and no other body symptoms give me home remedies and give precautions
