Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

No smell for 2 months plz help taking homeopathic medicine but no result covid test negative no other symptoms

I have red bump in throat from last 3 months and diagnosing with gerd and i feel sticky saliva in mouth.

As from last few weeks, my nose started to get dry but i ignored the dryness of nose. Now from last onw week, one nose started to gets blocked , find difficult in breathe when i was sleeping as sound comes when i breathe otherwise in daytime , i dont find issue. Second thing , itchniess in nose and ear felt too, due to itchiness , i cannot resist sneezing , it comes regular 5-6 with itchiness in throat. It doesnt stop till itchiness doesnt go away in throat Buzzing sound , blocking and itchiness in left ear too.

Hi The ulcer came up 5/6 days back and is still there. I had bifilac hp for 2 days and the pain has gone down but the ulcer hasn't gone away.

I am not getting any kind of smell for 1/5 months for that have taken homeopathic medicine but no positive result has come out. I am able to taste salt , sour and sweet but not any kind of flavours in the food. Kindly help

The same has been operated last year in the month of jan in apollo hospital chennai but the portion sometimes swell up and has little pain while chewing.

Doctor, I'm feeling bitter taste in my mouth, I'm able to taste the food. However, bitter feeling is not going. And also feeling chocking in my throat. I don't have fever or cold or cough. It's only bitter salaiva in mouth and also chocking sensation in throat. I have acidity & bronchitis since 3 years, is this the reason for this problem. And also I used too many medicines recently which is for acidity, bronchitis & multivitamins. Does having too many medicines harm my body. Please suggest what I need to do.
