Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Am experiencing throat tightness, Head tightnessfor an year now, Ear feels clogged, Stabbing pain in the top centre of head at times.. Some in difficulty in swallowing saliva as i feel something stuck in throat. A bit saliva runs out from mouth.. Dry Cough as soon as i get to bed.. Feel like having phlegm always at the back end of throat which i have to take with a lot of force to spit it out.. Please help

My TSH in June 2020 was 14.15 (table thyroxin tables 50mg) In Aug 20 - 0.268 (July to Aug 100mg) In Oct 20 - 71.60(Aug to till date 50mg tablet) It's fluctuating tremendously so warried pls help

Hi , From last 10 days I am getting my nose blocked, and get chest tightened whenever this happened. Having Sianarest for 6 days but no releive, otrivin helps to open the nose blockage but again this happens, got my xray done and Sinusitis ruled out ... Let me know what I should do next Regards
