Cold blocked nose running nose for months end disappears when taking med but persistent once again because which gets head ache too

A 13 yrs old complain of sneezing ,cold ,n headache Taking tb. montelukast & cetrizine ,but till the tablet taken its ok after that again it happens Plz suggest any Nasal spray??

Having nasal congestion,sometimes both nose getting blocked or partially blocked..having difficulty breathing,light pressure above chest.Was diagnosed with Rhinitis medicamentosa allergy on August.Using Respizen nasal spray daily but nose blockage is increasing now with sneezing..what should I do?

2 months ago i got a very bad sore throat. After taking antibiotics for week i recovered. But i still had feeling of something stuck in left side of my throat. Also after eating food small food particles and debris gets stuck in the left side of the throat,so sometimes i have to gargle to remove the particles stuck. No pain,no fever,no cough. Recently i removed a tonsil stone by myself. Plz help i am worried. Is anything serious? I am attaching the picture, it is inverted left means right and right means left.

Since morning, I cannot smell anything. Had mild cold (congestion, sneezing and runny nose) 2-3 days back. Yesterday I felt fine, but today morning I've lost smell. What should I do? I've isolated myself in the room.

2 months ago i suffered from a very bad sore throat,fever and vomitting. Doctor prescribed antibiotics and my throat healed. But i feel left side of throat didn't recover completely. I still feel a lump like sensation on left side of throat,but no pain and no fever. I also have problem of tonsil stone but i removed the tonsil stone yesterday. I also feel pea size lump which is mobile just below the jawline on left side. Is it swollen lymph node. I don't know properly. I am worried. Please tell what to do. I have attached the pictures the pictures are tilted that is left means right and right side means left.

My father age is 55 suffering from cold and running nose very often especially more in night times and he is not agreeing with check up due to covid and he is a smoker too pls help me out in finding a way to doctor

I'm suffering from high Snoring problem. My partner 8s also annoyed. Is there any treatment to stop or to reduce sound.

Dear doctors, Two months back I had lot throat infection. Since then consulted few doctors and got 3-4 courses of different antibiotics. Throat Infection got cleared but had little tightness in swallowing saliva. I got my Blood test done for infection and all tests were fine and normal. But the problem I still face is, whenever I sit in AC room or have certain food, I start feeling Throat Heaviness while swallowing saliva. No cold, cough, flu , acidity nothing. It gets better after rest next day. What is happening and why? Thank you for your kind replies in advance.
