Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello sir.. My turbinates swell...when i lay down...on sides...one nostril block.. Having no cough, sneezing, allergy.. Just nostril blocking when laying on side... I saw my turbinates in mirror...the swelling keep shifting left to right... But when they swell...they swell too much...to upon laying on side..and nose block... What to do...

Hi sir/madam, Me and my 9 years old son got nasal congestion and sore throat from day before yesterdays evening after cracked fireworks. I am having frequent sneezing and painful redness of thorat and nasal discharge. Son is having frequent nasal discharge and blocked nose. Please suggest what to do. Regards, Dnyaneshwar

My mom has cough from last 2/3 weeks. She doesn't have mucus cough. And it usually happens every year in the winter time(or change in weather). And she cough even more during night time & it's really bad. Appreciate the reply .thanks

I am getting mucus in throat every morning. I am under PPI medication for acid reflux and also taking corticosteroid inhaler. Since past week i am getting thick brown phlegm which i feel is coming from throat after i wake up. There is no coughing. And the brown phlegm comes only first time i wake up and clear my throat. After that it is normal spit color. Is this a cause of concern?

From previous 2 years I have a sore throat, whenever I drink warm water or take vicks I get relief from it but it comes again sore throat

Is Nasoclear safe for longer period if time? Or isotonic spray like Solspre are better to clear nasal congestion and drain sinuses?

Hello sir/madam, From few weeks i am experiencing iching like feeling in my throat leading me to cough. Its not like every minute i cough but when i feel the iching i do cough for 2 - 3 times. And yes i do smoke so, does it have anything to do with it. Help!

My son age 4 years Weight 14.6 kg From last 9 month's having adeniods grade 3 to 4. No fever no infection from from last 9 month's Only one time fever last month. Only symtom is slight Mouth Breathing no snooring.. Is it necessary to surgery...? if surgery is mandatory Then what type of surgery is best for painless..?
