Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am having nasal polyps from last one and half years and from few weeks my polyps has grown and completely blocked my nose and have to breath trough mouth which is making it very dry and having cough. I take steam but it's useless and whole night I have to keep taking sips of water to wet my mouth. Please help ?

My ear gets a bit dry and itchy sometimes. I don't use earbuds as it is not recommended. Please let me know the right way to clean ears. Is ok to use soliwax or oil? If yes then how often should one use it?

Hi doctor, I have sore throat and burning feeling since 5 months sometimes the upper chest also hurts like burning. Now from few days fells food stuck feeling, loss if appetite too. Attaching photos. After consulting many ent specialist online with photos, acid reflux problem cameup. After taking antibiotics and antacids the issues gets solved and comes back again. After consulting a physician  & doing blood test got know B12 is 97, D3 is 18 and they are low. H1ABC is 5, ALT is 97. He didn't find any issues other than vitamin def. I have lost weight and feels low on energy in early morning. Hence started vitamin supplements for B12, D3 , B2. Thank u.

I have suddenly developed a swollen left cheek, it was not there at night and I woke up with the swollen cheek next morning. I have no pain, no itching, no redness, no problem to move my jaw, no problem to eat nothing at all. It is the second time I am having this in the last 30-45 days or so, both are same, painless and all. I currently have no tooth infection, no decay, no tooth pain. I had an AVR surgery and am on anti-coagulants. And I ma recently diagnosed with kidney stones and treated for that. Please someone let me know what exactly is causing this swelling?
