Excess double chin, throat pain
I have excess double chin, sore from side neck, under ear, i usually feel pain in my throat. Now I feel, this is not common double chin, as it get excess swollen from side and below chin. Also Skin gets saggy under chin.
Please help me with this.

From pictures it’s appear normal . For sore throat take anti allergic and warm saline gargle.
It’s appear that you are more conscious about your appearance.
